Homemade Starbucks-Inspired Pink Drink

A light, refreshing, and creamy tropical beverage made with hibiscus tea, coconut milk, and strawberries. This homemade version of the famous Starbucks Pink Drink is perfect for warm days and Instagram-worthy sips!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 hibiscus tea bag or acai or strawberry herbal tea
  • ½ cup hot water for steeping the tea
  • ½ cup white grape juice or apple juice or lemonade
  • ½ cup coconut milk light canned or refrigerated; almond or oat milk can be used
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons simple syrup or honey, agave, or preferred sweetener to taste
  • ¼ cup sliced fresh strawberries or freeze-dried strawberries
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Steep the hibiscus tea bag in ½ cup hot water for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bag and let the tea cool completely.
  • In a tall glass, combine the cooled hibiscus tea, white grape juice, coconut milk, and your preferred sweetener.
  • Add ice cubes to fill the glass and stir to mix everything well.
  • Add fresh or freeze-dried strawberry slices for flavor and visual appeal.
  • Give it a final stir, snap a pic, and enjoy your homemade Pink Drink!

Notes

To make it more vibrant, add a splash of pomegranate juice or blended strawberries. For a sugar-free version, use stevia or monk fruit. Multiply the recipe for parties or pour into popsicle molds to make frozen Pink Drink treats!
